About the Position
You'll own go-to-market execution for an early, product-led FX protocol. This is a hands-on role: you'll craft messaging, run targeted campaigns, manage alpha outreach, create launch assets, and turn user and partner feedback into measurable growth. You'll work closely with product, design, ops, and founders to make our product understandable and compelling to traders, partners, and investors.
About You
- Storyteller — You write crisp, audience-appropriate copy
- Hands-on campaign operator — You can plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Data-driven — You set clear goals, instrument success metrics, and iterate based on signals
- You can translate product nuance into launch-ready messaging, onboarding flows, and sales/partner materials
- Tool fluent — Google Workspace or equivalent and common marketing/CRM tools
- High agency & collaborative — You execute without handholding, and you raise the work quality of those around you
- Crypto/fintech experience helpful but not required; demonstrable results matter most
