Jared Borders is the CEO of Ollo, a fintech entrepreneur, and a software engineer hyper focused on accelerating finance through building decentralized infrastructure and tooling to enable trading tokenized assets and derivatives. He has led protocol design for perpetual futures and rollup‑based exchange architecture at Synthetix and was a founding team member at Kwenta (acquired for $13.2M in late 2024), where he designed its onchain margin trading engine, supporting tens of billions in trading volume.

Previously, Jared was the first U.S.-based smart contract engineer on Crypto.com's DeFi team and developed payment systems for state and local governments at Tyler Technologies. He holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Biomedical Sciences and is active in mentoring and community service.

Former Smart Contract Engineer at Kwenta and Synthetix with a background in applied mathematics and computer science. Experienced in building decentralized derivatives protocols, prior experience as a software engineer in banking at BPCE. Driven by a fascination for financial systems and the math that underpins them, Florian excels within DeFi, a space where complex ideas meet open innovation. Particularly interested in derivatives design, risk mechanisms, and how new onchain primitives can replicate and improve traditional market structures, Florian empowers Ollo with a deep understanding of financial engineering.

Lead Product and Brand Designer with over 15 years of experience shaping digital products across fintech, DeFi, and enterprise sectors. Former Senior Product Designer at Synthetix, responsible for UX strategy, marketing design, and interface development in decentralized finance. Previous positions include Senior Interaction Designer at Halopowered, delivering data dashboards, financial tools, and enterprise applications for global clients. Originally from Scotland and now based in the United States, bringing international agency and in-house experience across London, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Professionally committed to user-centered digital experiences, scalable design systems, and inclusive Web3 platforms that advance accessible, responsible blockchain adoption.

Hunter oversees exchange operations and risk management at Ollo. He draws on an academic background in business and finance and his experience trading options and perpetual futures to ensure products are competitive, transparent, and safe.

As a trader who is visually impaired, he has a deep, practical understanding of accessibility and holds the platform to a high standard. His view of risk is shaped by witnessing foreign-currency volatility affect his family's small business operating between the U.S. and China. A former collegiate athlete, he brings an ambitious, resilient mindset and experience making critical decisions under pressure.
